I am a wife, a Mom to three little boys, a qualified Physiotherapist, a certified body coach and a Christian.
I love exercise, food, nature and travel. I also have a soft heart for the underprivileged.
My physiotherapy experience in women’s health, mental health, sport injuries, orthopaedic manipulative therapy and chronic pain started in 2010, and I opened my own practice in 2011. I was privileged to see this practice expand beyond imagination.
This website and blog is specifically to empower other women with information for flourishing health and wellbeing. Exercise is definitely one of the prime focus areas.
christyAnn.fit originated not only from my professional experience in the field of physiotherapy, but mostly from my personal experiences as a woman and mother, as well as from my own research into the topics concerned.
The three aspects that brought me to vibrant health are #believe, #move and #nourish. (Think right, Move right, Eat right.)
Join me on the journey to a new, healthier you by following me on Instagram, liking my Facebook page, and following me on Twitter and Pinterest.
“Knowledge has no value unless you use and share it.”
Because of my soft heart for the poor, christyAnn.fit started the "Help-a-Mom" cause to empower disadvantaged Moms in Africa. If you are interested in this cause, scroll down to learn more.
Hello ladies. Welcome to my blog where I share my life as it is. As a physiotherapist with a passion for women’s health, I will reveal information and research within my niche, with the hope of helping and empowering ladies’ wellbeing with healthy thoughts, exercise and eating (Believe, Move, Nourish).
My main focus, however, will be on exercise.
At times there will be stories about underprivileged moms in South Africa who have received help via my Help-a-Mom cause.
Share, comment on and like my blog posts - I look forward to connecting with you.
