How the Challenge works (3 simple steps)

1) Join the workouts (your membership)

Pick the TotalFit Transformation workout package: bodyweight + light dumbbells (or even just two water bottles as weights for beginners) for faster toning and strength.

3) Add the Challenge Supplement Pack (optional but recommended)

  • Nourish Creatine+ (HCl) Capsules: Supports lean strength, power, and training performance—so you can push a little harder and shape up faster. Simply take 5 capsules each weekday morning for amazing results. Research is very clear on the benefits of creatine for ladies. It can improve muscle strength, exercise performance and it also supports mental clarity and focus.
  • Nourish Protein (Whey or Vegan): Supports muscle repair and maintenance and helps keep you fuller for longer. Swap it in for the plan’s snack options, or use as an occasional meal replacement if that suits your goals. Your weekly rhythm (so it sticks)

  • Aim to do 5 sessions per week: join me live at 08:00 every weekday morning, or do the video at a convenient time.
  • 30 - 60 minutes per day: warm-up, smart exercises designed for women’s biomechanics, cool-down.
  • Equipment: none for bodyweight; a simple pair of dumbbells (or water bottles for beginners) for resistance sessions.

FAQs

What if I miss the live class?
All sessions are recorded—do them anytime. But on the group, it’s very encouraging to see other ladies indicate they did their session for the day.

Will creatine make me bulky?
No. Creatine supports training performance and lean muscle—key for a fitter, firmer look.

Do I need lots of equipment?
No. Bodyweight sessions need none. Resistance sessions need one set of dumbbells (or even water bottles for beginners).

Do I need to start on a certain date?
You'll get access anytime that you subscribe to my workouts, and the perks of the TotalFit Transformation program (free mat, 15% discount, free eating plan) still apply. It also includes free access to challenges, so when challenges come up, you’ll be part of the momentum.
