What if I miss the live class?
All sessions are recorded—do them anytime. But on the group, it’s very encouraging to see other ladies indicate they did their session for the day.

Will creatine make me bulky?
No. Creatine supports training performance and lean muscle—key for a fitter, firmer look.
Do I need lots of equipment?
No. Bodyweight sessions need none. Resistance sessions need one set of dumbbells (or even water bottles for beginners).
Do I need to start on a certain date?
