  • Live online workouts are broadcast Monday - Friday from 8 to 8.30am (South African Standard Time) via our exclusive Facebook group.
  • All recordings are available for you to access at your own workout time should you be unable to join Christy's live classes.
  • Subscribers are automatically given access to free recipe ebooks.

  • Beginner and advanced variations are presented for each exercise. 
  • Workouts include functional strength training, Tabata, HIIT (high intensity), barre and pilates inspired workouts.
  • No equipment is needed, but an exercise mat does make the workout more comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Classes are run through an exclusive private Facebook group which you will gain access to on your subscription. You can view classes via a laptop or mobile device.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
  • We also provide two additional FREE Healthy E-Books designed by Christy to all our new subscribers.
